"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Carpool App. A User may be either or both of a
Driver and Passenger.
"Driver" refers to a User who offers to provide transportation through the Carpool App.
"Passenger" refers to a User who requests and uses transportation through the Carpool App.

collect information about your location when you use our Carpool App.
b. Location Information: The Carpool App collects and uses your location data, both in the foreground
and background, to facilitate carpooling services. This includes:
• Driver Notifications: To notify you when your driver is nearby, even when your screen is off.
• Trip Tracking: To enable accurate tracking of your ride from pick-up to drop-off, even if the app is
running in the background.
• Route Matching: To match users with overlapping journeys and optimize travel based on location.
Location data is collected only when the Carpool App is in use or running in the background, as required
for these purposes.
c. Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Carpool App, including your
ride history, preferences, and settings. This includes information about the rides you request or
provide, as well as ratings and feedback provided by Users.
d. Device Information: We automatically collect certain information about the devices you use to access
the Carpool App, such as the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile
network information.
e. Log Information: When you use the Carpool App, our servers automatically record certain log data,
including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and other usage information.

carpooling services provided through the Carpool App. This includes matching Drivers and Passengers,
processing payments, and improving the functionality and user experience of the Carpool App.
